Overly Pregnant

As I was walking into the shoppette a man and woman held the door open for me.

I said, “Awe, Thanks” and proceeded to walk in.

As the man and the woman walked out I heard the man say, “Whoa, she looked like she was about to pop!”

I thought I was going to bust into tears right there in the middle of the store.

I have to keep reminding myself- “you’re going to have a baby in a few weeks- this is ok- this is totally normal- you’re suppose to waddle like a duck and have trouble getting out of the bed, couch, and in and out of cars, all while looking like an overstuffed turkey.”
