For the Love of Dolphins

Have you ever had one of those days where try to memorize sites, conversations, and feelings because it was that perfect? This was one of those days. We visited “The Sea Life Park” and it was nothing short of amazing.

The dolphins swimming, flipping, and diving in sync with awesome head-bobbing rock music was a thrill to watch.  And seeing Krysta and Will wide-eyed taking it all in, was even more of a thrill.

As I sort through all of our photos, deciding which ones to post, I can’t help but to get teary-eyed. This was the day that Krysta announced her dream to become a dolphin trainer. In the past, she has voiced other dreams of hers – a restaurant owner, fashion designer, cupcake decorator— but never with this level of excitement and sparkle in her eye. It was a big moment, a moment that I want to harvest, so I made a financial spurge and made reservation for her to swim with the dolphins.

Worth. Every. Penny.

Seeing her flying over the moon swelled my heart tenfold.

Krysta exclaims this to be the best.day.ever!!!

Love, Em
PS I'm ALMOST done catching up on our Hawaiian summer...just a few more post. Promise.
